As a small child, Pat nearly drove her mother crazy with constant questions, usually beginning with "Why?" Pat's quest for knowledge and her adventurous spirit have led to an eclectic career, spanning such diverse roles as Youth Director of the YMCA in her hometown, more than a decade in Performing Arts Management, and serving as Campus Manager for a private Training College. Her current role of Manager, Training & Development with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International Global Reservation Centre is a perfect fit for her, where she can indulge her passion for facilitation and contribute to growth in the exciting hospitality industry. Pat makes her home on the East Coast, with the love of her life John. Together they have two grown children, a teenager and a grandson who comes for frequent sleepovers at Nana and Opa's house.


Since graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Peggy has spent her entire career in the hotel industry. Growing up speaking both English and French, she began her career with Delta Hotels, working in operations and sales, and then moved through progressive sales positions with Novotel Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Canadian Pacific Hotels. For twelve years, Peggy was a Global Account Director based in Toronto representing Fairmont, Raffles & Swissôtel brands, and consulting with clients to place their conferences in this portfolio worldwide. She has since returned to the Fairmont Royal York as Corporate Sales Manager and continues to facilitate training workshops for Achievers. Peggy is currently an active member and volunteer of MPI Toronto Chapter. She has served as Chair of the Special Events Committee of the Canadian Society of Association Executives, Trillium Chapter, and is the proud recipient of the Chapter Service Excellence Award for 2007. Peggy has personally achieved success in all Achievers workshops as a Fairmont employee, and is involved with the Achievers programs daily. Peggy has been facilitating Achievers workshops since 2007.


Never one to follow a crowd, Heather has a wonderful style, which engages and makes a lasting difference to the participants of her workshops. Heather is a Partnered Facilitator with Achievers World Wide who works for SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts as a Regional Director, Sales and Marketing. She has been certified as a partner facilitator with Achievers World Wide for 7 years. SilverBirch Hotels and Resorts uses Achievers sales courses as fundamental training for their entire catering and sales force and is proud to be a partner with such a great training company. The favorite part of Heather's job is sales training and seeing the confidence levels of the participants climb during the course is extremely motivating for her. Heather is truly someone who thinks outside the box and inspires.


Bob Peel is a lifelong entrepreneur and business coach. Bob started his first business at 18, and as GM and then President of Brafasco, was responsible for the training of hundreds of his own employees over the ensuing 26 years. Since 2004, he has managed the family investments, and mentored business owners. His desire to help people be more successful and profitable led him to found Happy Boss, a website that offers tips, advice and training to owners & managers of small businesses & small business units. Bob's MBA was earned at Queen's University in 1999. Bob and Janis, his wife of 32 years, have 3 adult children and live in Orangeville, Ontario.
